About This Project

This Harbor Beach Florida Pent House project near Fort Lauderdale is located at the gated condominum building called Points of Americas l. These clients had specific requests just after purchase, to totally transform this 1960’s outdated condo into an upscale contemporary retreat. From “dark & dull” to “bright and contemporary”. Up for the challenge, this condo was completely stripped down to it’s studs and reconfigured to my clients specifications. One main request was to intergrate a custom feature wood wall in the living room at which I was happy to oblige.
