Located in the ultra-private IBIS Country Club, this West Palm Beach Florida home was a “labor of love” and designed for a “meeting of the minds”. This large estate home was a complete “traditional” re-do. The clients wanted a more transitional feel leaning closer to contemporary with its accoutrements. The “traditional” form cast fireplace was demolished to make way for the 25 foot towering contemporary faux-cascading waterfall front fireplace that I designed from floor to ceiling in its place. Possessing a calm neutral pallet with introductions of soft butter yellows, soft greens, beige and taupe’s this home envelopes you the moment you step into its large open spaces. A second home for this client, it is casual enough for relaxing yet elegant enough for formal entertaining during their winter stay.
